All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs and available discounts are displayed at checkout.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

We may cancel an order due to stock shortages, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfil, a refund will be issued.

3. Product Use & Safety

Our fragrances are designed for hanging use in vehicles.

  • Follow the provided instructions carefully.

  • Securely tighten the bottle cap before use.

  • Do not obstruct your view or vehicle controls.

  • Keep fragrance liquid away from vehicle surfaces.

  • Wipe up any accidental spills immediately.

Always use the product safely and follow applicable road rules.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer 7-day returns for eligible unused and unopened products. Customers are responsible for return courier fees on change-of-mind returns.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect orders, please contact us as soon as possible.

All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

6. Promotions & Bundles

Discounts and promotions are subject to their advertised conditions.
