7-Day Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return courier costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

  • Please contact us before returning any product.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll review your request and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Opened or Used Products

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for opened or used fragrances. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For bundle and promotional purchases, refunds will reflect applicable discounts, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected by this policy, including your entitlement to remedies for faulty products and other failures to meet consumer guarantees.
